Technological capabilities
Blanking production by flat die forging:
- gears, disks, wheels, hubs with a diameter up to 600 mm, height up to 200 mm, weight up to 350 kg
- axes, shafts with a diameter up to 350 mm, length up to 2000 mm, weight up to 1000 kg
- rings with 450 to 650 mm diameter, 60-68 mm height, and wall thickness not less than 60 mm
- rims, bands with a diameter up to 800 mm, height up to 150 mm
- production of forged pieces with weight up to 1500 kg
Blanking stamping:
- hot forming of parts with weight up to 12 kg, diameter up to 200 mm
- cold forming from sheets with thickness from 0.5 to 6.0 mm, workpiece diameter up to 150 mm
Forge-and-press equipment:
- forging hammers with force from 0.5 to 3.0 tnf
- die-forging hammers with force from 0,63 to 2,0 tnf
- crank presses with force from 16 to 250 tnf
- stamping presses with force from 250 to 400 tnf
- single-crank presses with force from 40 to 315 tnf
